I am trying to find out information on my grandfather’s family who came from Kilkee, County Clare, Ireland. My grand father was Michael McNamara who emigrated to North Bergen , New Jersey and later married Ellen Hogan. They raised a family in Jersey City, NJ. Here is what I have on the family:
Michael McNamara (b, ?Kilkee ; d 1910, Kilkee) in fishing acident)married to Catherine Lahiff (b ?: Kilkee, Ireland)
