I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. This has abt 1/2 of Cork's rcds. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For the name Isaac Hoctor/Hocter, there are 0 B rcds in Cork (north) at any time. This likely means that either the Bs were never rcd'd, or they are still mired in the mass of undigitized data. This applies to the offspring too.

Suggest you wait until all of Cork's rcds are in the database. This may take yrs as no organization has been tasked to digitize them.
