I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It has all surviving rcds for the northern 1/2 of Cork. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse. Many events weren't rcd'd, other rcds have not survived.

For Bridget Holloran B 1834 +/- 4 yrs, I found 1 B rcd in 1835. For an assumed marriage date of 1855 +/- 4 yrs, I found 0 rcds in Cork. She may have married in another county. This would be unlikely, but not impossible.

Searching other counties, I found 15 Bridget Halloran marriages and 13 Thomas Scanlon marriages in the range 1855 +/- 4 yrs. Will leave it to you to search for marriages in the same county in the same year, and then for the same parish.
