I searched the northern 1/2 of Co. Cork. The earliest rcds for the surname Bell only date to 1799. The remaining rcds for southern and western Cork haven't been digitized yet. You will have to wait unitil they are; this could be a long wait as no organization has been tasked to transcribe them.
