I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse. Co. Cork rcds are only abt 1/2 digitized. FOR THE CHILDREN: Mary Mullin (+variants), assuming a DOB 1861-1878, I found 8 B rcds Agnes Mullin, ditto, I found 0 rcds. George Mullin, ditto, I found 0 rcds. Rcds for this era are fairly comprehensive. Agnes and George are rare forenames. The fact that I get 0 matches over a wide range leads me to believe they aren't in the existing Cork database. Since you are reasonably sure Cork is the county, it may be their rcds are among those which haven't been digitized. Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database. Register, opt to be notifed as rcds are added, and browse. It may take several yrs for Cork (southwest) to be added. Notify Administrator about this message?
