I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse. Only 1/2 of Co. Cork's rcds are in the database; therefore, your chances are abt 50:50.

For Hannah Coughlin B 1845 +/- 4 yrs, I found 1 B rcd in Co. Cork. This may, or may not, be your ancestor. A view of the detailed rcd SHOULD show if her parents' names were David and Bridget.

For David Coughlin M 1840 +/- 4 yrs, I found 1 M rcd in 1837, Co. Cork. However, I couldn't find a matching M rcd for Bridget McGillin all Ireland. Therefore, this is likely a false positive.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your search results to my Genforum msg.
