Calendar (- or Callenter as I have also seen it spelt) is in or near the townlands of Fallanease, Laddan and Cashel Glebe in Fanad. There are a few Friel families still in this area as far as I know but I'm afraid that I don't have any specific information on them. Records for the early 1800s in Fanad are very limited and I don't know that any exist which would allow you to confirm your Edward and Charles in the area at that time.
