Need help to identify area in Donegal

I am researching Harkin family. I know that John Patrick Harkin was born 1854 and grew up on a farm off Sheephaven Bay. What parish, townland, etc., should I look for information in? I know his mother's maiden name was Logue.
I need someone who can help tell me where to start looking for information. All help is greatly appreciated.
