CHANCELLOR, Thomas (b. 1833-1835 est.)

I'm trying to trace my Great-g-g-Grandfather, Thomas CHANCELLOR who was supposed to have been born in Ireland.

He married Agnes CRAIG in Scotland in 1854, and appears in the Scotland Census of 1851 aged "17" as a servant/Agricultural Labourer with birthplace recorded as Ireland.

There is a Christening record for a Thomas CHANCELLOR for 7 JAN 1838 in Knockbreda, Down, Ireland, with parents named as Samuel CHANCELLOR and Margaret WILSON.

Does anyone know how I can find out more? I'm really looking for a birth date and specific place as well as any siblings. He could have been born anywhere ranging from 1825 - 1835, but I can't seem to find anything for this range anywhere.
