I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. Rcds for Antrim/Down have all been digitized. There are 2 B rcds for Thomas Dunlop in 1900: 1 in Antrim, the other in Down.

For a Thomas Dunlop Sr. marriage in 1895 +/- 4 yrs, there are 3 matches: 1 in Antrim and 2 in Down. Two are in 1892 while 1 is in 1894. For an Agnes Montgomery marriage in 1895 +/- 4 yrs, there are 10 matches: 9 in Antrim and 1 in Down. However, there are no matching rcds for the same yr and same parish. This hints of a transcription error.
