I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. The county "sources" describe the limitations. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse for all counties. For Sarah McQuoid, B 1809, I found 1 B rcd for a variant of the name, McWade. This is in St. Anne's, Shankill parish, Co. Antrim. For Felix Keenan, I found only 1 B rcd that makes sense. This is in 1799, Co. Louth, Dundalk parish. This differs substantially from the 1814 DOB you stated in your post. Because of this, I suspect this rcd is likely a false positive and the real event was either never rcd'd or the rcd was lost. I find your 1814 DOB a little strange; it was very unusual for the groom to be significantly younger than the bride. For a Felix/Sarah marriage, the earliest M rcd for Felix is 1848. This is obviously too late for your timeline. Since the two were obviously married in the 1825-1834 time frame, it may be that they were married in England. Suggest you chk English sources. For the son, John, I found 3 B rcds in Kircubbin parish, Co. Down/Antrim. One is likely for your ancestor. A view of the detailed rcd MAY shed some light on his parents.
