I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.
1. For James Boyce B 1800 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 0 B rcds.
2. For James Boyce M 1821 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 0 M rcds.
3. For John Boyce B 1823 +/- 4 yrs in all Ireland, I found 3 B rcds in Co. Clare for 1819, 1820, & 1822. (Note, these rcds are in parishes which overlap county boundaries - Co. Clare rcds in general, are not in the database).
4. For William Boyse B ditto, I found 2 B rcds: 1826 Antrim, and 1824 Roscommon.
5. For Henry Boyse ditto, I found 0 B rcds.
6. For a John Boyse and Eliza Wallace marriage 1847 +/- 4 yrs, I found 4 M rcds for John: 1824 Antrim, 1825 Limerick, 1826 Westmeath, and 1827 Limerick. For Eliza, I found 5 M rcds: 1821 Westmeath, 1823 Antrim, 1824 Kilkenny, 1826 Down, and 1827. There are no matching M rcds for a common yr and county.
It appears that these events weren't rcd'd, rcds didn't survive, or rcds haven't been digitized yet.
