Traveling to Fermanagh

My wife and I will be traveling to County Fermanagh in mid-September to try to find information about her SNOW ancestors who we think resided in the Townlands of Big Beagh and Little Beagh in the mid-1800's. Can anyone in that area suggest where we should start our search of Roman Catholic church records and Roman Catholic cemeteries? We know from Griffith's that Mathew Snow was enumerated in Big Beagh. Another source indicates he was born in 1817 and his wife's first name was Rose. According to this source (which does not provide what record they found of the event), they were married in 1842 in Big Beagh. What we need to establish is whether he had a son by the name of Patrick who was born in 1854. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
