I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It covers abt 60% of all Irish counties.

For Margaret Christina Keenan B 1908 +/- 4 yrs, I found 1 rcd in Co Fermanagh in 1906. I couldn't find rcds for her sisters in all Ireland.

For Francis Lunny B 1896-1905, I found 5 rcds in Fermanagh. Only 1 of the 5 was in Enniskillen parish.

There is a high probability that these are your relations. Google the Foundation's name and browse the database. A view of the detailed rcd should give you the names of their parents, residence, etc.
