I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database for Fermanagh.

For William Bloomfield and Isabella Young there are M rcds for each in 1892, Unknown Parish.

For William Bloomfield, there are two B rcds in 1865.

For Isabella Young, there are 6 B rcds in the 1860s and 1870s. A view of a detailed B rcd will probably reveal the name of her mother.

There do not appear to be birth rcds for William's siblings. It does appear there are B rcds for Isabella's siblings. You will have to view detailed rcds to isolate those specifically for Isabella's parent's names.
