I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving parish rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds for Fermanagh are in it. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For the surname McGunn (+variants), the 1st B rcd is in 1845, the 1st M rcd is in 1848. For the surname McCormick, the 1st B rcd is in 1864, the 1st M rcd in 1809. This name is more closely associated with Tyrone than for Fermanagh.

Since both the parent and children data occurs before the above dates, I conclude the events weren't rcd'd, been lost, or have a very slim possibility of being undigitized.
