I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Fermanagh rcds are in it. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For the surname Fraser, the earliest B rcd is for 1868, the earliest M rcd for 1857. It looks like events for your line weren't rcd'd, didn't survive, or haven't been digitized (a very slim possibility).
