I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 suviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse. For John Milligan and Frances Freestone, I couldn't find any birth rcds. Few parishes were keeping rcds at this early date. I also couldn't find marriage rcds for both parties. Again, not many parishes were keeping rcds. For the sons, I found possible birth rcds: Thomas: 1832 Sligo, 1836 Down, 1849 Tyrone, 1851 Down, 1851 Antrim James: 1842, 1843, 1845 all in Antrim William: 1841, 1842, 1846, 1847 all in Antrim These were famine years. There was lots of internal migration as well as emigration. Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database. Notify Administrator about this message?
