I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 suviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For John Milligan and Frances Freestone, I couldn't find any birth rcds. Few parishes were keeping rcds at this early date.

I also couldn't find marriage rcds for both parties. Again, not many parishes were keeping rcds.

For the sons, I found possible birth rcds:
Thomas: 1832 Sligo, 1836 Down, 1849 Tyrone, 1851 Down, 1851 Antrim
James: 1842, 1843, 1845 all in Antrim
William: 1841, 1842, 1846, 1847 all in Antrim

These were famine years. There was lots of internal migration as well as emigration.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database.
