Linda, I checked your earlier postings and can't find a link between our Tully ancestors at this time. My g-gfather Farrell Tully was b. c.1808 Kells, Meath and d. c.1909 Kells, Meath. His children were b. 1850s and later. I have no info re: Farrell's parents. My gfather Nicholas Tully was quoted in newspaper in 1930s as his Tully family in Kells going back over 200 yrs.

You might check other counties, as Ireland was a poor country at the time and people moved to wherever jobs were. Some of my ancestors believed to be b. Kells were born in Roscommon, Drogheda, and other places, with siblings b. Co. Meath depending upon available work.
