I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It now contains 11,000,000+ rcds and is abt 60% complete. Rcds after 1864 were civil and nearly comprehensive.

For a marriage between Malcolm Crawford and Sarah McClure, I get hits for the bride and groom in the Parish/civil district of Belfast in Co. Antrim in 1900. These are likely your ancestor's parents.

Dungannon is a town/parish/civil district in Co. Tyrone. For Ann Crawford, B 1901, I get 1 hit in this place. This is likely your ancestor.
