I used the same database for Jeremiah Cahill (+variants). I had to guess at the M date. There are M rcds in Co. Cork for 1842, 1845, and 1856. Rcd keeping was generally good (but not perfect) for this period.

This still doesn't overcome the problem that abt 1/2 of Cork's BMD rcds aren't in the database.

In the "sample" tab at the database, there are places for listing the parents' names on the birth/baptismal rcd, IF they were rcd'd on the original church docs. For MOST B rcds, the parents' names are rcd'd.

Stay focused on the B rcds for those listed in your original post. If one of them lists Jeremiah Cahill as the father, then this is some assurance you have the right rcd.
