I've never used the Dublin FHC. The question would be whether the Dublin FHC has Polish records in the library. Ralph is correct as to the cost of ordering the films, and I'm sure they'd order them for you if they don't have them. Generally it takes about three weeks for films to arrive from date of order. If you're going to be in Dublin for a limited time, and they don't have the records in the library, a second trip would be needed. The FHC is easy enough to get to from the city centre. If you get on any 40 or 140 bus headed to north Dublin City, just tell the driver you need to get off at the stop closest to the Mormon church. There's a stop very near it.
