James KELLY, while on the way to his camp, accidentally fell over a precipice some 15 feet in height, causing internal injuries, from the effects of which he died on the ensuing. Mr. KELLY was a native of County Tipperary, Ireland, and was about 50 years of age. He had been mining in the Kern river country for the past 8 years. Notify Administrator about this message?
