I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains surviving Tipperary (south) birth/marriage rcds.

A quick screen of the database shows that there is one, or at most two Cranage families in Tipperary (south) having children at this time. The births were all registered in Clogheen civil parish.

Info on the Clogheen children follows:

Patrick 1866
Johanna 1869
Margaret 1869
Lawrence 1872
Robert 1876
Mary 1878
Catherine 1881
Thomas 1884
Hanora 1886

You can google the Foundation's name. This will lead you to the database. You can browse the database, and/or view detailed rcds.

Since registration was civil at this time, you can get copies of the official birth rcds from the General Register Office at http://www.gro.ie.

Hope this answers your questions.
