I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. PARTS of Tipperary are in this database. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For Ellen Coffey (+variants) B 1844 +/- 4 yrs, I found 4 B rcds: 1840, 1842, 1844, 1846. One of these MAY be for your ancestor. The only way to be sure is to know some detail abt her such as her exact date of birth. This may validate the rcd. Suggest you search your AUS sources for ship passenger lists to find out at least her age on arrival.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database.
