I am confused. Tipperary and Clare are separate and distinct counties. Parts of Tipperary's rcds are online. None of Clare's rcds are.

I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 70% of Irish counties. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For Mary Coffee B 1816 +/- 4 yrs, I found only 1 B rcd in Co. Tipperary. This is in 1819. The chance that this is for your ancestor is less than 25%. You may want to wait until the database is more complete.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database. Register, opt to be notified as rcds are added, and browse. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg. Good luck.
