I am looking for information on the birth in Westmeath county of Daniel Malone born circa 1642 in County Westmeath. Daniel came to the colony of Virginia circa 1676 with his son Nathaniel born circa 1670, also in County Westmeath. Daniel came as an indentured servant/laborer, probably to pay for his passage. Is there any information about which townland was his residence? Is there any information about his wife? I presume she may have died prior to his emigrating since he remarried in Virginia. Does anyone have information on his religion? I really need some help in getting information to work further back in time.
