I searched the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 11,500,000 surviving rcds for abt 60% of Irish counties. Co. Westmeath is in the database; Meath is not. Rcds B4 1840 are sparse.

For Christina Allen B 1880 (exact) in Westmeath, I found 1 B rcd in Mullingar parish.

For a marriage of her parents M 1865 +/- 4 yrs, I found M rcds for each in 1869, Mullingar parish. These are likely for your ancestors. A view of the detailed rcd will show whether the marriage was to each other. If so, the rcd MAY show the parents' names, addresses, etc.

Suggest you google the Foundation's name to lead you to the database.
