The site I furnished is a basic fundamental outline on how to find your italian ancestors records and how to request them from Italy and the USA. So what record are you seeking that this website did not cover???
There is a book titled Italian Genealogical Records by Trafford R. Cole which has pictures and is perhaps easier to read for you. it canbe borrowed fromthe library or purchased from any bookstore. It is an easy read.
Bear in mind the best way to conduct genealogy research is to work from the present backward in time. Petertimber
