Dear Johnny Martin since this is your first tender steps toward your family genealogy I will refer you to a website where you can research at your own pace and learn as you go along. Since youi have the name of the towns of origin your 75% there (Hard to believe huh?) as most records are in the city, town or even small village for all births, marriages and deaths and are avilable on microfilm at your nearest Mormon church family history library or by writing to Italy for specific documents for all the civic records available and usually start in 1809 to 1910 (privacy laws for any year thereafter until changed by law). Any dates beyond tghat are most likely in ellisisland records and US vital records and social security death records.
