Hi,
While searching for my family in the Minnesota census, I came across the names of John J. Kaas, Christina
and Otto. They were on the 1880 MN., Mower Co., Frankford census. Both John and Christina list that they
are from Norway, and both of their parents were also. Otto is 3 years old on the census. John is listed as a
clerk in store. I live in Britton, S.D. and am familiar with the Kaas name. I also purchased a postcard on Ebay
that had a picture of the Kaas home on it dated around the early 1900's. Hope this info. helps you out.
