I saw this footnote last year. The side of my family that think we have Indian blood in us were thrilled...the otherside said, proves nothing. So, the search goes on.

I am sure the John Fuller in the report above is my ancestor, except for the following. John didn't leave Norton Co., Ks, in 1879 (his son was born there in May 1880), and John didn't die in Michigan in the 1880's, he died in Ks, in 1923.

What I think happened is that John did move back to Michigan in 1880...and he returned to Ks in 1887....I just think the historian got bad information about John's whereabouts.
