Hi Paula, great to hear from someone else researching Monroe. I have no information on him really, I was beginning to think Monroe was maybe his middle name, since I can't find him anywhere. My sister had talked to a relative of his several years ago and was told Monroe was his name. His daughter Maggie Ellen France is my ggrandmother. You stated that Rebecca is also a daughter of his, who is Lizzie, another daughter?? I have no pictures of them, although I believe my sister might have one of Maggie. Anything you can tell me would be really great, maybe I can search from something you have. Hope to hear from you soon, Shirley
