Trying to clear-up some ancestry mysteries as it appears my ancestors have twice married into the LaGrone family. The first instance is an Anna Margaret LaGrone b. 1749 in Germany d. after 1815 marries Mathais Rinehart b. 7 July 1748 in Germany d. bef. 1808 in Newberry SC. They had eight children one of which is my gggg-grandfather. Anna Margaret was the daughter of Tobias LaGrone.

Instance two is when Martin Michael Rinehart marries Elizabeth LaGrone 3June1835 in Perry County Alabama. Elizabeth was born 1814 in Perry County and died before 1870. She was the daughter of David LaGrone and a Chrintina LNU. David LaGrone, I believe, is the son of John William Adam LaGrone. And J.W. Adam LaGrone is the son of Tobias LaGrone.

The LaGrone, Rinehart, Riser, Thompson and Renwick families all seem to have immigrated from the Newberry SC area to GA, AL, TX areas in the time frame.

I would appreciate any information confirming this information or sources to correct. Any leads or stories on the LaGrone family are appreciated.
