Hi Judy, I am surprised to have a reply so soon. Fredrik was my fathers older half brother, his last name was Nilsson. Dad never said anything about Fred's linage. He served as a conscript in the Swedish army and returned to Sweden to keep Dad from the same service, it was ironic because I served 23 years in the US Navy. I am sorry I do not have any more information, I am the last of my generation in the US. My half brother Carl died on August 1, 2007 he was 89 years and 22 days old. I have one cousin in Sweden, Evert Carlsson, the last address I had he lived in Stockholm. Thank you, Swede
