Any Swedes Named LOVE or LÖV?

I am researching my Swedish ancestry. Until the early part of this century, I believe, Swedes changed their names frequently.

First, because their naming system was patriarchical (sic?) -- based on the father's given name, as in the son of Ander was Andersson, etc. Second, the military renamed every man when he served his required military duty because of the high numbers of duplicate names. When a term in the military ended, some resumed their original name and some retained the military name.

Although my great-grandfather's family had a more unique name (perhaps a military name originally), LÖV -- which means leaf in Swedish, he was renamed Lanitz in the military and kept the name. However, he had several brothers and I don't know what name they used after their military service.

I do know the sisters of his family continued as LÖV until they married. On the off chance that some others of the family immigrated to the US and their name became LOVE, I thought I would check this bulletin board to see if there are any LOVEs who are Swedish.

So -- are their any LOVE families with Swedish origins?? Please respond to me for further information. Best regards, Peggy
