Jennifer--I wish I knew. It is very possible since they lived so closely together. The only information I have is what I posted. Their son George is buried in the Monroe, Ia. Cemetery along with the James Madison Williams/Alexia Guthrie in the Williams Family plot. He was married to a Nettie McBride, daughter of Wm. McBride and Mary Whitted.
