Looking for Annie Belle Lucas b 1906 Darlington, SC

Annie Belle Lucas daughter of John B and Martha Hunter Lucas is the mother of my father
Bernard Harris Lucas b Sept 1935 in Columbia, SC

Dad was raised by his Grandmother (Annie's mother) Martha Hunter Lucas until her death in 1948.

Last known contact with Annie was in 1941. They were all living in Washington DC at that time.

Following Martha's death, Bernard was cared for by a cousin Colleen Roache Snow.
We know that Colleen has passed away.

We would like to find more information about Annie and contact Dad's cousin, ( brother of Colleen),
James B Snow b 1921in SC, if he is still living.
