Looking for information on the Mary Lucas and David Bender family. They were living in Holt County, Missouri by 1856. 11 children: Joseph, Wesley, Philip, John H., William, Samuel, Albert, Martha, Sophie, Maggie, and Senora Helen. Some of the children lived in Holt County as late as WWII. Son Philip served with the 25th Missouri Infantry during the Civil War. I am descended from youngest daughter Senora Helen Bender and her husband Albert Curtley Hollenbeck.
