The Lucas line in KY. is a hard one to connect. since my line came from there. but finding the connection has been hard.
Can't seem to get any response from anyone on this line. even tho i have names of family members who were born in Ky. And that is where they settled. before moving on to ohio. But some of the line stayed behind.
Alot of them married more then once. So it hard to track them down. Alot of them were step children. to each other. because some of them had a different mother.
Thats why its hard, because can't seem to get the names connected to the right line. Or the births don't match up. Or they say thisone was married to this person. Butthat dosen't mean they were married to the person you are looking for.
And it don't mean,that some of the siblings belong to the same family. So they say yo uhave the wrong person. Its confusing. I have come across the name Richard,delilah,& Sarah many times.
You will find in your search. that most of the children were named after the mothers ,sisters, aunts &uncles.and the parents as well.
