Wm. Lucas b. ca 1842 VA, md. Elizabeth Howard on Oct 13 1864 in Grundy/Mercer Co., MO. Just wondering if anyone had this couple in their family tree. NO idea who his folks might be, her father was John Baker Howard originally of MD, died in MO.
I'm helping a friend and she 'believes' there might be native American blood on one side or the other of this couple. Really makes no difference, I'd just like some ideas as to where to look for William's parents.
The only two children I have listed for this couple are Ada Mae b. 1877, and Howard, no dates. Wouldn't mind knowing what might have happened to Howard, too.
