The two children that you list are mentioned in his will receiving a shilling or two. The Folsom Club in their account of the will speculates that they were left with the mothers family. From my years of research on the family they have not appeared with his brother Andrew's family in Pennsylvania. His nephew Col William Lynn, Andrew's eldest son is my third great grandfather.
William's sisters moved on to either Kentucky or North Carolina. His other brothers Nathan, Benjamin and James followed him to Kentucky. James taking the father Andrew with him to Kentucky. Most likely the twins were left with the mothers family. If not second most likely would be with one of his sisters.
