I found a reference to John Lynn, Private, Militia in listed as a Revolutionary Patriot of Washington County, Maryland. It states that he died before December 21, 1793 leaving a widow (not named, but Abigail Lynn was the administratrix) and equal shares to Edmond Lynn, Elijah Lynn, Clark Lynn, Dianah Lance, and Mary Lynn.
Do these names ring a bell with anyone?
