birth or baptism of Elizabeth Markle, 1807, Ontario

I am descended from Elizabeth Markle, born Sept. 5, 1807 in Ontario. Two different sets of parents have been listed for her in family trees. One tree lists James K. Markle and Sarah Baker. Another lists Willliam Markle and Sarah Green as her parents. Does anyone have a birth or baptismal record that could identify her parents? Be careful about the record date, as there were two Elizabeth Markles born that year. The other Elizabeth was born earlier in the year.
