hey,
My name is Eric Hardaway. I think I have some info on Mr. Samuel G. McClanahan that may be of some interest to you. He founded a mill (1850's) in this area that my family now enjoys ownership of. If you want more info, send me an email and I can send you what I've got. I have a good bit of good info and more coming, I just haven't had time to really sort thru, condense, and really put something together that has a lot of punch...
