I am looking for information on Bernard McCormick born abt 1797 in Maryland; married Isabella Vanander of Loudoun County, VA and their children.
In 1820, and 1830 they resided in Loudoun County.
In 1840 they were in Center, Monroe County, OH.
In 1850 they were in Grandview, Washington County, OH.
I am looking for the marriages of the children of Bernard and Isabella McCormick - there were as many 15 children and I only have 5 names.
They had 7 sons:
1 born 1820-25; 1 abt 1821 (Thomas B.); 1 bet 1825-30; 1 abt 1825 (George A.) 1 bet1830-35; 1 abt 1832 (Henry C.)1 1835-40 (he may have died young).
They had 8 daughters:
1 born before 1815; 1 bet 1815-20; 1 abt 1820; (the three oldest may have married/stayed in VA); 1 bet 1820-25; 1 bet 1825-30; 1 bet 1830-35; 1 abt 1835 (Matilda); 1abt 1838 (Sarah E.).
In 1850, Thomas Bernard was married and living in Stafford, Monroe, OH; George was still single and living with his brother.
Thomas Bernard married Sarah Morris abt. 1845; probably moved west - maybe Indiana.
George Albert married a Sarah ??? abt 1853; she died abt 1861 and he remarried; died in Rutland, Meigs County, OH - 1895.
Henry Clay married Mary Dooley abt 1860; died abt 1876 in Rutland, Meigs, OH.
Matilda was 16 in 1850 and Sarah E. was 12 in 1850.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
