Based on the 1870 census in Pawtucket, RI James was 55 years old and Margaret was 37. I checked the 1860 Pawtucket Census and he was listed as being 44 years and Margaret 27 years. In the 1850 Pawtucket Census he was listed as being 34 years. In all these census' he was also listed as being "deaf & dumb" and occupation as "engraver". Children listed in the 1870 census include: William, Robert, Henry, James, George, and Joseph. I just am not sure who this Margaret was on the 1850 census.
Hope you can help.
