Hello Sandra,
We might be able to find out which Catherine she was through a process of elimination. Here is what I know about her. Do you have any additional dates for her children? A vital for them may tell us something about her.
There weren't that many Catherine O'Handleys so maybe we can find her on 1871. If we make a list of Catherines who are the correct age then we can eliminate some of them through what we know and then maybe we will be left with her.
