I would love to hear from anyone who is connected to an Alexander McPhal born in Mull (according to the 1861 census and his death certificate in 1903) between 1844-1847 to Alexander McPhail & Ann McGillvray.
Alexander(the son)married Jessie Johnston 13 June 1865 at Milton, Glasgow and they had:
Annie, 17 Nov 1868; Christina, 1 April 1866; Jessie, 29 Nov 1870; Margaret, 7 Dec 1871 and Alexander c 1880, all in Milton, Glasgow.
Alexander (the son) died 27 Sept 1903 at age 56. When he & Jessie married, he was listed as a Ploughman.
Alexander & Jessie's daughter Annie, married a William Hay (a brick maker) on 31 Dec 1889 at Kelvin, Glasgow.
They (William Hay & Annie McPahil)had a daughter Chirstina who married William Pillar, 31 Dec 1924 at Cumbernauld, Dunbarton.
Anyone have any connection to this lot?
