Redshaw in Maryland

I have begun to consider the possibility that Joseph Redshaw may have been from Maryland. He served in the Cumberland Co, PA militia in 1777-1778 and later in the Augusta Co, VA militia in 1781. I have never found info re his birth or background. In looking through the Maryland Archives, I came across the following. It was noted in "British Statutes in Force in Maryland..." by Chancellor Kilty. Does anyone know how to find this case reference?

"Mounson vs Redshaw, 1 Wms. Saund. 195. n. 3."
